- All vehicles sold by Angel for Hope is sold in “as is” condition. We recommend that all buyers make an independent assessment of the condition of the boat and again, contact the an Angel for Hope representative with any questions. Be realistic in your expectations of used or older boats – expect normal “wear and tear”. All sales by Angel for Hope are being sold as is, where is, with no warranty, expressed, written or implied. Seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or a defect of any item sold herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this item at the buyer’s request prior to the close of sale, but this too, shall not be interpreted as a warranty of any kind. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the item.
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of our ministry and our attempt to provide the best donation experience and deduction possible for our donors, all sales are considered final unless written mutual agreement has been made.
- Taxes and Fees. All applicable taxes or fees associated with the purchase, registration, title transfer, or licensing of this item are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping/Delivery. Unless otherwise specified in the descriptive text or via written mutual agreement between the buyer and seller, all sales are sold as is – where is, and the buyer is solely responsible for arranging shipping and/or transportation from its physical location and for all associated costs. If the buyer or buyer’s agent does not take possession of the item in a 4-7 day time frame, the buyer is liable for any costs seller may incur for storage and/or for moving the item to a longer-term storage facility.
- Payment Terms.Buyer must contact Angel For Hope Ministries immediately to confirm the intended payment arrangements. A deposit is due within 24 hours of the sales agreement. This deposit is non-refundable should the buyer fail to pay the remaining balance when due. Additional Sellers Terms & Conditions for Ebay® Bidders/Buyers:
All sales and or auction bids are considered to be a sales contract with Angel For Hope Ministries and committing to pay in full for your bid amount. You are representing that your eBay bidder ID is legitimate and that your address and telephone number are correct. We require all bidders with low and zero feedback scores to contact us before bidding. In the case of a winning bid we need your contact information immediately upon auction close. Your failure to provide this information is an admission on your part that you are not making a good faith effort to complete this transaction. If you do not contact us you have violated our sellers terms and agreements. We reserve the right to cancel any bids you have made and take legal action to recoup damages and attorney fees for interfering with our rights to raise funds for our charity through the eBay bidding process.
Satisfaction Policy: If winning bidder feels the donor has misrepresented item in any way. The winning bidder can leave the item where it is and request your funds back in full. You are not required to pick up the item but you are required to make a physical, on-site inspection of the donated item before leaving the item.
Contact Information: All winning bidders must provide their buyer information at the end of the auction and furnish us with working phone numbers. If such contact information is not received then the item will be subject to resale.
